🕊 Monthly Gatherings & Regional Connections
Each month, a dedicated group of 22 church members come together to reflect, sing and pray – nurturing community and engaging deeply with the Guild’s National Theme. These meetings create space for Bible reading, shared devotions, heartfelt songs and inspiring discussion led by invited speakers. They have become a beloved rhythm in our church calendar, drawing people into worship, learning and fellowship.
📣 Extending Welcome Beyond Our Walls
Once a year, we warmly invite nearby Guilds to join us for a special shared gathering – strengthening ties across congregations and encouraging wider participation.
🌍 Together with SALU: A Regional Expression
The Salu Guild is also an active part of the Moray Guild’s Together (MGT) with SALU providing a committee member. MGT coordinate three regional gatherings each year across Moray, offering further opportunities for connection, learning and celebration of the Guild’s work.
This group doesn’t just meet – they make a difference.
Last year through their annual fundraising efforts, they raised and sent ÂŁ600 to support national projects that serve others beyond our walls. Their generosity is a living expression of their faith and commitment to wider service.
🌍 In addition to local engagement, the group also plays a vital role in organising the World Day of Prayer service each March.
It’s an honour to help lead this powerful moment in our church’s calendar and to stand united in prayer and solidarity with communities across the world. This dedicated group reminds us that small, consistent actions, rooted in faith and fellowship, can have a meaningful, national and global impact. What a joy to celebrate their contribution!
